°. .Las oficinas colombianas que canjean directamente con el exterior despachos de correspondencia ordinaria o certificada, deberán conformarse estrictamente a las disposiciones de los convenios internacionales que rigen la materia. Las Hojas de Aviso y las Listas Especiales que se despachen o reciban, deberán ser firmadas por lo menos por dos empleados, lo mismo que los Boletines de verificación que se libren al exterior.
