Artículo séptimo. En las Zonas de Tipo I, II y III, en las que el Gobierno por medio de cualquier organismo oficial, semioficial, descentralizado u autónomo ejecute obras de irrigación o drenaje que aumenten apreciablemente la capacidad productiva de las tierras y se cauce una valorización para los dueños, el Gobierno podrá aumentar hasta el 50% la obligación de cultivar de que trata el presente artículo, sin limitación de su cabida.
