Artículo único. Convócase al Congreso para su próxima reunion ordinaria. La Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, teniendo en cuenta lo prescrito en el artículo 13 de la lei de 10 de mayo de 1871, dictará las disposiciones necesarias para que los Senadores i Representantes reciban sus ausilios de marcha correspondientes, de modo que puedan encontrarse en esta capital el dia 1.° de febrero de 1876.
