- REGIMEN PATRIMONIAL

1.

Capital. El capital del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, podrá aumentar mediante la suscripción de acciones por los bancos comerciales y por individuos o entidades, oficiales o particulares.

Aportes del Gobierno Nacional. De las partidas anuales que el Gobierno Nacional destine para el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, solamente se consideran como aportes de capital y por lo tanto convertibles en acciones los saldos que resulten después de cancelar las pérdidas ocurridas en los ejercicios anteriores.

Dividendos. La junta directiva del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, podrá garantizar a los accionistas, distintos del Gobierno, un dividendo hasta del cinco por ciento (5%) anual, sobre el valor nominal de las acciones, que se tomará de las utilidades del correspondiente ejercicio.
