Programa Especial para la Reforestación. En el marco del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Forestal, créase el Programa Nacional de Reforestación Comercial con el fin de aprovechar el potencial forestal nacional y ampliar la oferta productiva, contribuyendo a rehabilitar el uso de los suelos con potencial para la reforestación, incluyendo las cuencas de los ríos y las áreas conectadas con ellas.

Parágrafo. El Gobierno Nacional formulará y adoptará el Plan de Acción de Reforestación Comercial en el cual se determinarán sus objetivos, metas y estrategias. Vigente desde: 16/06/2011 y hasta el: 08/06/2015
