Los Cónsules jenerales, Cónsules, Vicecónsules i Ajentes consulares, así como sus Cancilleres i Secretarios, gozarán de cualesquiera privilejios o inmunidades que independiente de los estipulados en esta Convencion se concedan a los empleados de la Nacion mas favorecida; gratuitamente si la consecion es gratuita, o con la misma compensacion si la concesion es condicional con tal que estos privilejios o inmunidades no desnaturalicen el caracter esclusivamente comercial de los Cónsules, refiriendose a objetos distintos de la proteccion del comercio.
