Artículo primero. Autorízase a la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, para importar con destino al campo petrolero de "Kl Centro", Santander del Sur, las cantidades de siete (7) vigas de acero forjado, de especificaciones ASTM., calidad A7, de 6" x 3/8" 17.25 libras por pie, y 18 pies de largo, y cinco (5) vigas de acero forjado de especificaciones ASTM., calidad A7, de 8" x 4", 18.4 libras y 18 pies de largo.
