Art. 10.º Los esclavos serán avaluados por dos peritos nombrados, uno por la junta i otro por el tenedor del esclavo: cuando hubiere discordancia entre ellos, la junta nombrará uno de sus miembros para que la dirima; siendo revocable la resolucion de este por los miembros restantes de la junta.
