º. Del servicio médico . A través de Fondo de Servicio Médico Familiar el Instituto de Crédito Territorial, reconocerá un porcentaje de los gastos ocasionados por los servicios médicos prestados a sus empleados públicos y a sus familiares, de conformidad con los reglamentos existentes sobre la materia.
