Los negocios de lo Contencioso Administrativo que fueren de competencia del Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Sincelejo, y que están en conocimiento del Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Cartagena, pasarán en el estado en que se encuentren a los funcionarios competentes del mencionado Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Departamento de Sucre.
