De las sanciones a los empleados que asisten a las juntas . Cuando conforme al presente Decreto fuere destituído un miembro de una Junta o Consejo que fuere funcionario público y asistiere a la misma por mandato legal o por delegación, dicha sanción implica también la pérdida del empleo o cargo que desempeña.
