Art. 27. A cada Jurado se notificará inmediatamente su elección, y se le hará saber el lugar en donde debe presentarse, y el día y la hora. Dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes á la de la citación, expondrán los Jurados el impedimento que les asista, debiendo presentar dentro del mismo término la prueba sumaria que acredite la existencia del impedimento que se alega. El Juez dictará inmediatamente la resolución á que haya lugar.
