Aportes voluntarios. En desarrollo de lo previsto en el artículo 62 de la Ley 100 de 1993, los aportantes al régimen de ahorro individual con solidaridad del sistema general de pensiones, informarán a la correspondiente administradora los aportes voluntarios que sus trabajadores deseen hacer. Para tal efecto, el aportante comunicará a la entidad administradora el monto del aporte voluntario y si este tiene el carácter de periódico u ocasional. (Decreto 1406 de 1999, artículo 45)
