La presente ley se divulgará en todas las instituciones de enseñanza, organizaciones de técnicos electricistas, productores y otros usuarios del sector, ya sean empresas o instituciones públicas y privadas relacionadas con la competencia de los técnicos electricistas sujetos a esta norma.
