Los individuos de tropa, Oficiales de guerra, Oficiales de Sanidad, o empleados militares que estén sumariados, y que por esto mismo estén sufriendo detención o prisión, no serán ascendidos ni se les computará el tiempo para su ascenso, sino después de dictado el auto de sobreseimiento o la sentencia absolutoria.
