EXCEPCION AL ESTADO CIVIL. Podrán ingresar a la carrera penitenciaria y carcelaria, como oficiales logísticos y de tratamiento penitenciario, los profesionales con título de formación universitaria, casados, varones o mujeres, con el lleno de los demás requisitos a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
