A partir del primero de julio de 1971 la remuneración mensual de los miembros del Congreso Nacional será igual a la que desde la misma fecha con base en el Decreto 524 de 27 de marzo del presente año devengan los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Consejeros de Estado, Fiscales del Consejo de Estado y Procurador General de la Nación.

Parágrafo

La nivelación que dispone el presente artículo se distribuirá entre gastos de representación y dietas proporcionalmente teniendo en cuenta lo que para tales efectos rige actualmente.
