Art. 5.° Cuando para saber el valor que puede obtener su artículo en el extranjero sea necesario practicar análisis químicos ó reconocimientos periciales, estos estudios se harán por cuenta de la Nación y el respectivo Consulado pagará el gasto que se cause.
