Art. 30. Los jueces de Circuito pueden comisionar a los jueces municipales respectivos para la práctica de las diligencias mencionadas en el inciso número 2º del artículo 27 de la presente ley, cuando deban practicarse fuera de la ciudad en que resida el juez Ejecutor.
