Si la solicitud de renovación se hallare incompleta, no se tramitará y se dará al interesado un término de seis (6) meses, contados desde la fecha de ejecución del auto que lo concede, para que allegue los requisitos omitidos. Vencido este término sin que se hubiere completado la documentación se ordenará su archivo y la devolución de los derechos no causados.
