Anticipo de cesantía. El anticipo de cesantía consagrado en el artículo 97 del Decreto 1213 de 1990, sólo se liquidará y pagará al Agente cuando así lo autorice el Director General de la Policía Nacional, con base en las correspondientes disponibilidades presupuestales. La solicitud puede ser formulada directamente o por conducto de la Caja de Vivienda Militar o entidad que financie la vivienda.
