ARTICULO 109 . ESTIMULOS Y DISTINCIONES. Dentro de las políticas de desarrollo del recurso humano, corresponde al Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, reconocer los méritos de sus funcionarios, mediante el otorgamiento de estímulos y condecoraciones que resalten las actuaciones o hechos sobresalientes que redunden en beneficio institucional.
