Art 10. Los derechos de importacion pueden pagarse en las Aduanas o en la Tesoreria jeneral, en cualquier tiempo durante el plazo concedido, debiendo en este caso hacerse al interesado el descuento proporcional de que trata el artículo 170, por el tiempo que falta para el vencimiento del plazo.
