Los asuntos relacionados con el Fondo que sean sometidos a consideración del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes se harán constar en actas, las cuales una vez aprobadas, serán autorizadas con la firma de su Presidente y Secretario. Las decisiones del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes se adoptarán mediante resoluciones.
