Pago de la prima . Cuando el servicio se preste en vehículos que no sean de propiedad de la empresa, en el contrato de administración de flota deben quedar claramente definidas las condiciones y el procedimiento mediante el cual será descontado o recaudado el valor de la prima correspondiente, sin que éste pueda ser superior al que la empresa cancele a la respectiva compañía de seguros.
