° Adiciónase el cómputo de rentas ordinarias de la vigencia de 1935 en la eantidad de tres millones seiscientos mil pesos ($ 3.600,000) en que se estima el ingreso proveniente del 15 por 100 de los giros sobre el Exterior al 113 por 100, y compra de oro físico par el Banco de la República para las necesidades del Gobierno Nacional en el Exterior, de que tratan los Deeretos legislativos números 643 y 1291 de 1934.
