Isa Comprará Y Venderá Energía Y Potencia Únicamente A Sus Socios, A Las Tarifas Establecidas Por La Autoridad Pública Competente, Con Arreglo A Los Mandatos De Ley Y De Los Actos Administrativos Correspondientes

° ISA comprará y venderá energía y potencia únicamente a sus socios, a las tarifas establecidas por la autoridad pública competente, con arreglo a los mandatos de ley y de los actos administrativos correspondientes.

Parágrafo

De lo prescrito en este artículo, se exceptúan las compraventas con el exterior del país, cuando la interconexión se haga a voltajes iguales o superiores a 230 KV.
