Concluida la investigación, y efectuada la calificación correspondiente, el expediente será remitido a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Penal, para que ésta, como juez de única instancia, decida sobre el proceso. Una vez ejecutoriada, esta providencia se hará pública.
