º. El total de las obligaciones para con el público de cada corporación de ahorro y vivienda no podrá exceder, durante 1976, de veintitrés (23) veces el capital pagado y reservas, ambos saneados. A partir del 1º de enero de 1977 esta relación será de veinte (20) veces.
