Decreto 2237 de 2015 · por el cual se reconoce el Día del Directivo Docente y se adiciona el Decreto número 1075 de 2015 - Único Reglamentario del Sector Educación.

°. Adición del Decreto número 1075 de 2015. Adiciónese el artículo 2.3.8.1.3 al Decreto número 1075 de 2015, en su Capítulo 1, Título 8, Parte 3 del Libro 2, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.3.8.1.3. Reconocimiento del Día del Directivo Docente. Reconózcase el 5 de octubre de cada año, como el Día del directivo docente.

Parágrafo

Los actos conmemorativos del Día del Directivo Docente se realizarán en la fecha indicada en el presente artículo, no generarán la desescolarización de los estudiantes y, en todo caso, se garantizará la prestación del servicio educativo”.
