Las sociedades extranjeras que conforme a este Código deban obtener autorización para operar en Colombia y que no la tuvieren, tendrán un plazo de tres meses para acreditar los requisitos indispensables para el permiso de funcionamiento. Del mismo término dispondrán los extranjeros que se hallaren en el caso contemplado en el artículo anterior.
