º Toda apuesta que exceda el tope máximo autorizado se tendrá como no válida y en consecuencia no participará en el juego. El valor de la apuesta no válida debe ser consignado por el concesionario en la tesorería de la entidad concedente dentro de los dos (2) días hábiles siguientes al del respectivo control.
