º. El Poder Ejecutivo, por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, presentará a la Cámara de Representantes, dentro de los diez primeros días de sus sesiones ordinarias de cada año, el proyecto de Presupuesto de rentas y gastos, correspondiente al año fiscal siguiente al de la fecha de su presentación. De dicho proyecto se imprimirá una cantidad de ejemplares suficiente para poderlo distribuir entre todos los miembros del Congreso.
