Al Inscribir Un Oficial O Suboficial En El Escalafón Como Profesor Militar, Debe Especificarse La Especialidad A La Cual Se Va A Dedicar

Al inscribir un Oficial o Suboficial en el Escalafón como Profesor Militar, debe especificarse la especialidad a la cual se va a dedicar.

Parágrafo

El cambio o inscripción en una nueva especialidad, podrá efectuarse a solicitud del interesado en la promoción a otra categoría, acreditando la idoneidad para la nueva especialidad, mediante tesis escrita sobre la materia y concepto favorable del Director o Comandante del Instituto, Escuela o Centro de Preparación Militar donde haya prestado sus servicios como profesor en la especialidad a que aspira.
