Extinguido el derecho de las viudas ó de los hijos, la asignación no pasará á las madres de los Jefes y Oficiales, porque según el artículo 15 de la Ley, estas no lo tendrán sino cuando su hijo muera soltero ó sin dejar viuda ó hijos.
