El fondo de pensiones cedido de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo anterior será recibido como fondo independiente de los administrados por la sociedad cesionaria, salvo que las reglas aplicables sean compatibles con las de otro fondo administrado por esta última, caso en el cual el fondo cedido podrá incorporarse a éste.
