°. Auxilio de transporte . Los empleados de la Contraloría General de la República tendrán derecho a un auxilio de transporte en la misma forma, términos y cuantía que el Gobierno nacional determine para los particulares. No tendrá derecho al auxilio de transporte el empleado que se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones, en uso de licencia, suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo o cuando la Contraloría facilite este servicio.
