Art. 11. En ningun caso serán acumulables en un solo individuo dos ni mas pensiones, ni dos o mas sueldos, ni un sueldo i una pension cuando el monto total de estos créditos exceda de mil doscientos pesos anuales ($1,200).
Llegado alguno de los casos a que se refiere este artículo, se optará por el mayor derecho.
