La guía de tránsito de que trata el artículo 10 del Decreto 161 mencionado, se hará por duplicado, a fin de que el contador o conductor del vehículo envíe este segundo ejemplar a la Oficina de Consumo del lugar a donde vayan destinados los artículos que conduzcan. La no entrega del expresado documento al respectivo agente de consumo hará incurrir al responsable en la sanción allí mismo señalada.
