AUXILIARES DE INVESTIGACION. Créanse cuerpos técnicos de investigación, formados por personal especializado en criminalística, medicina legal y demás ciencias auxiliares del derecho penal, quienes cumplirán sus labores bajo las direcciones de los funcionarios de instrucción penal militar y cuyo número se determinará por decreto reglamentario.
