Autorízase a las empresas obligadas al pago de la jubilación de que trata esta Ley para que contraten con compañías aseguradoras, de reconocida solvencia, establecidas en el país y aceptadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, el pago de las pensiones de jubilación.
