Art. 1. ° Los sueldos y asignaciones de los militares en servicio activo quedan exentos del Montepío Militar y de todo embargo administrativo, hasta nueva resolución del Gobierno. En consecuencia, los Pagadores se abstendrán de retener parte alguna de los sueldos y asignaciones militares por los motivos mencionados.
