Como el impuesto de cinco centavos ($ 0.05) por dólar, tiene actualmente una destinación especial, el aumento compensatorio en el impuesto de timbre, a que se refiere el artículo anterior ingresará al Fondo Ferroviario Nacional creado por la Ley 26 de 1945, descontadas las sumas necesarias para el sostenimiento de la Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 2° de la misma Ley.
