El Departamento Nacional de Planeación, por intermedio de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Desarrollo Territorial, actuará como Secretaría Técnica del Comité Nacional de Cofinanciación. Para tal efecto, el Jefe de la Unidad asistirá a las sesiones del Comité con derecho a voz pero sin voto.
