Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones del presente capítulo aplican a los órganos, los organismos y las entidades públicas que pertenecen al sistema general de carrera administrativa.

Parágrafo

Para todos los efectos del presente decreto, se entenderá por personas con discapacidad lo definido en el numeral 1 del artículo 2° de la Ley 1618 de 2013, o la norma que la modifique o sustituya.
