Créase la Comisión Nacional Ciudadana para la Lucha contra la Corrupción, la cual estará integrada por siete (7) comisionados quienes tendrán el carácter de servidores públicos y serán designados por el Presidente de la República, por un período fijo de cuatro (4) años. Todo ciudadano que cumpla los requisitos legales, tiene derecho a presentar su nombre como candidato a la Comisión. Vigente desde: 06/06/1995 y hasta el: 26/06/1997
