ARTICULO 237. Uso ilegítimo de patentes. El que fabrique producto sin autorización de quien tiene el derecho protegido legalmente, o use sin la debida autorización medio o proceso patentado, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a cuatro (4) años y multa de veinte mil a quinientos mil pesos. En la misma pena incurrirá el que introduzca al país o saque de él, exponga, ofrezca en venta o enajene, producto fabricado con violación de patente.
