Con el fin de darle mayor esplendor a la celebración del Sesquicentenario de la Campaña Libertadora y de lograr la pronta y adecuada ejecución de las obras previstas en la Ley 51 de 1967 , adiciónase en veinte millones de pesos ($ 20.000.000.00), la partida a que se refiere el artículo 4º de la citada Ley.
