Art. 257. En el caso del artículo 235, si la Cámara de Representantes no dictare la resolución de que allí se trata, en la sesión en que se le diere cuenta de lo determinado por la Corte, se tendrá por definitiva la decisión de dicha Corporación, y se procederá á cobrar el alcance líquido que ella hubiere deducido ó declarado.
