El puntaje mínimo aprobatorio de las pruebas de conocimientos será el 70% del máximo posible, resultante de promediar las calificaciones en las cuatro (4) materias. El funcionario que no obtenga el puntaje mínimo aprobatorio, podrá repetir las pruebas por una sola vez, transcurridos seis meses. Si la segunda calificación no fuere satisfactoria, quedara automáticamente retirado de la Carrera Diplomática y Consular.

Parágrafo

Las pruebas de repetición se rendirán exclusivamente en la sede de la Academia. abstracción hecha del lugar donde el funcionario preste sus servicios.
